For me it's a +1. I know how u play SnD I think I saw u playing.
But the problem is your CPT1 is banned but u don't know for what? hmm..

Yeah i don´t know why he is banned

but when now i am MSG4 and i hope i will be aczept

the Leader or one from the Admisn can add me ingame and can make a Testgame or what ever

Well i can't find the bann reason for your first account either so..
For me it will be a +1 but i think some of the admins might get a problem with your banned account

I wasn´t it because i am not crazy and scam with an CPT

i had know that scaming is banable

i think my acc was hacking but i am not sure

so when you don´t want me in your clan then you can say it but it is nice when you aczept
